2 PERSON RELAYS - Swimmers must alternate every 30 minutes (no exceptions). The order of the swimmers must be maintained throughout the swim.

4 PERSON RELAYS - each swimmer swims an initial 30 minute leg, swimmers then alternate in 15 minute intervals until the team finishes.  The order of the swimmers must be maintained throughout the swim.

In the event of swim cancellation due to weather, no refunds given.

Race check-in and mandatory swim and safety meeting of all participants on the day before the race.  No meeting, no swim!
